The TEG Progress Portal is where you guys following our Training Plans can submit your transformation pictures. By keeping us up to date and contacting us for help and support, you can get the most out of your TEG Training Plan!

How to Update your Progress Pictures

Head over to our Transformations Page and there you will see the TEG progress portal. Simply click Update Progress and upload your progress pictures!

What’s the Benefit of Progress Pictures?

The reason we recommend that you keep us updated with progress pictures is so that we can make sure you are getting the most out of our Training Plans.

We know roughly how much progress you should be making as the plan progresses so we can ensure you are staying on track – we will give you all the help and advice you need to get the best possible results!

How often Should you Update Progress Pictures?

We recommend submitting a progress picture at least every 2-4 weeks. A great time to submit your picture is at the start of each month of our Training Plans. We have had clients submit pictures much more regularly which has helped us to help them stay on track!
