About The Challenge

Your training plan will be all-new and specific to you. Each month you will get a new section explaining exactly what to train and eat to achieve your fitness goals.

Why is it 24 weeks long?

[/fusion_text][fusion_text]

If you want to look your best this summer, there’s no point crash dieting in May — you need to start thinking NOW!

The 24-week plan is all based on one fact: for sustainable fat loss you should aim lose 0.5-1% of your body weight per week.

For shredded 6-pack abs, or a toned midsection and bum, you’ll need to have a low body fat percentage. If you can only lose up to 1% per week then you will need 1 week of cutting for every percentage body fat you want to lose.

Take Paul for example. Paul is currently a little overweight at 100kg and 30% body fat and he wants to have some abs on show this summer. If this was a typical 12-week cutting phase, Paul could lose 12% body fat if things went well. After 12 weeks, he’d still be 18% body fat with no abs on show. Paul needs closer to 20 weeks to get a decent six pack!

What if you’re already lean?

Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered too! As each month’s plan is tailored to you, we will start you on a lean bulking phase and then move you onto a cutting phase when the time is right.

You’ll have the added bonus of a month or two focusing on building more muscle, meaning you will look even better when you cut this summer!

Take Jack for example. Jack is 70kg and 12% body fat, so he’s already lean but wants to be bigger. However, he still wants to get shredded for the summer too. Jack can start with a lean bulking phase, packing on size before transitioning onto a final fat loss phase to reveal his hard-earned muscle.

Resistance training is a key component of the training plans and is essential for building muscle and burning fat.[/toggle][toggle title=”How Do I Become Eligible for the Monthly Prize Draws?” open=”no”]In order to be eligible to win the monthly prize for the best transformation, you will need to submit a progress photo via our progress portal before the final day of each month. Anyone can enter and we can ship the prizes worldwide.
