Ok, so the title sounds a bit ridiculous doesn’t it?

A sensationalist marketing headline, perhaps?

But you know what? It’s 100% true.

Eat wrong and you’ll NEVER lose weight, tone up or get lean.

^^ Read that again!

Or to put it another way:

You simply CANNOT out-train a bad diet.

But don’t just take my word for it. Let me prove it to you.

Check out this quote from a client of ours, Sarah:

“I was training hard, running three times a week, lifting [weights] 2-3 times a week and yoga on my day off but I wasn’t seeing the result I wanted! It didn’t matter how many more miles I ran my body wouldn’t change.”

No matter what Sarah did exercise-wise, she could not change her body.

We then taught Sarah what she needed to eat to lose weight and tone up, and here’s what she said a few months later:

“When I first started it was scary, I was doing no cardio but after the first couple of weeks I could see it was working. For the first time in 8 months my stomach was shrinking and I was getting that “toned” look.”

Getting her diet right TOTALLY changed the game for Sarah, and it’s changed the game for hundreds of other clients we’ve worked with too.

So diet is hugely important. You’ve got that. But WHY is it so important?

I know it’s a massive cliche, but… YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.

What do I mean by that?

Well, everything you eat goes into the cells in your body.

Let me repeat that again, because if you don’t get this, you won’t get in shape. End of.

Here goes:

What you eat makes you WHO YOU ARE.

How you feel.
How you behave.
How you look.

What a lot of people don’t realise is that your body is NOT a miracle machine. You can’t shovel in shit and expect your body to just “deal with it” forever.

If you eat the wrong things, your body will not work like you want it to.

What does that mean?

Well, eat the wrong things and you’ll feel ill, tired, bloated, fat…

Not what we’re after right?

But what happens when you put the RIGHT stuff in your body?

Well, you’ll feel invigorated, strong, lean, toned and happy…

Yes! Diet can do all that for you.

It’s like the difference between fuelling your car with petrol and fuelling your car with sewage.

You need to FUEL your body correctly if you want it to look good and feel good!

Now at this point, you probably think I’m gonna tell you that you can never eat your favourite foods again… ban you from eating pizza, chocolate and ice cream for life…

Well, you’ll be pleased to know that I’m NOT! Not at all!
