  • Don’t overcomplicate things as it’s easy to get overwhelmed and achieve nothing!
  • To get the best possible results, all you need to do are the simple things every day:
    • Track your calories (EAT)
    • Do your workouts (TRAIN)
    • Do your mindset exercises (GAIN)

  • Focus on the ONE thing you can do right now to achieve your TRAIN/EAT/GAIN score for the day?
    • Pack your gym bag
    • Get in the car
    • Open My Fitness Pal
    • Go to the shops
    • Defrost your meal
    • Set a timer for meditation
