- Track your calories (EAT)
- Do your workouts (TRAIN)
- Do your mindset exercises (GAIN)

- Focus on the ONE thing you can do right now to achieve your TRAIN/EAT/GAIN score for the day?
- Pack your gym bag
- Get in the car
- Open My Fitness Pal
- Go to the shops
- Defrost your meal
- Set a timer for meditation
