Key points:
- Increasing training volume stimulates muscle growth
- If you continue doing the same volume forever you will plateau
- If you are in very low calories it may not be possible to increase volume as the body doesn’t have the energy available
- We have programmed in this volume increase each month
- In your second cycle, you will get more volume:
- You might get an extra day of training
- You will get extra reps/sets
- You will get more advanced techniques
- You will be able to lift more weight
- All you need to do is follow the plan
