Key points:

  • Increasing training volume stimulates muscle growth
  • If you continue doing the same volume forever you will plateau
  • If you are in very low calories it may not be possible to increase volume as the body doesn’t have the energy available
  • We have programmed in this volume increase each month
  • In your second cycle, you will get more volume:
    • You might get an extra day of training
    • You will get extra reps/sets
    • You will get more advanced techniques
    • You will be able to lift more weight
  • All you need to do is follow the plan
