- It’s important to deal with it so you don’t feel hungry
- Concentrate on quantity of food and choose foods that are less calorie dense

- Drink plenty of water
- Eat plenty of colourful vegetables
- Eat plenty of fibre
- Eat protein in every meal
- Avoid high calorie junk food (e.g. biscuits, bread, toast, cakes, chocolate, sweets)
