WEEK 6 Train – Flexibility & core training

Key points:

  • Very important to avoid injury before it happen
  • Injury will slow your results more than anything else as you will be unable to do your workouts
  • Mobility and flexibility usually decrease with age
  • Daily mobility training will have the biggest effect
  • Yoga is excellent and stretching/mobility exercises are also great
  • You don’t build a strong core doing crunches, the six pack muscles are just for show
  • Pilates/yoga etc. are great for the core muscles
