WEEK 6 Train – Flexibility & core training
Key points:
- Very important to avoid injury before it happen
- Injury will slow your results more than anything else as you will be unable to do your workouts
- Mobility and flexibility usually decrease with age
- Daily mobility training will have the biggest effect
- Yoga is excellent and stretching/mobility exercises are also great
- You don’t build a strong core doing crunches, the six pack muscles are just for show
- Pilates/yoga etc. are great for the core muscles
