  • Long term, our aim is to take you to a point where it’s easy to maintain where you are in terms of weight/body
  • Much the same in terms of food choices
  • No DM phase – you’ll be tracking macros from the start
  • You’ll be able to hit the ground running and see results right form the start of cycle 2
