Key points:
What to expect in cycle 2:
- Nutrition targets will be totally different and your calorie progression will carry on from where you are now
- Long term, our aim is to take you to a point where it’s easy to maintain where you are in terms of weight/body
- Much the same in terms of food choices
- No DM phase – you’ll be tracking macros from the start
- You’ll be able to hit the ground running and see results right form the start of cycle 2
