Key points:

  • If you don’t track calories it is VERY difficult to see progress and lasting results because you could be over eating or under eating without even knowing it!
  • Food choices are still important for maintaining – if you don’t have any structure with food choices it’s easy to end up slipping into bad habits
  • You can probably get away with less than 80% clean foods, BUT you risk going backwards and slipping back into old habits
  • We’d recommend you stick to the TRINITY food choices when not at social events etc.
