Answer the four questions below DAILY.

  1. WHAT Happened?
    • What is the ONE event from the past day (good or bad) which you are going to focus on.
  2. WHY was it positive?
    • Reframe the event as a POSITIVE in whatever way you like. This is your chance to look back on what happened and create whatever meaning you want to.
  3. LESSON learned?
    • Extract the lesson from the event and sum it up into ONE sentence. Something for you to “live by” moving forwards.
  4. APPLY it to your life
    • How does this lesson apply to your life and your weight loss?
