Exercise – Positive Focus
Answer the four questions below DAILY.
- WHAT Happened?
- What is the ONE event from the past day (good or bad) which you are going to focus on.
- WHY was it positive?
- Reframe the event as a POSITIVE in whatever way you like. This is your chance to look back on what happened and create whatever meaning you want to.
- LESSON learned?
- Extract the lesson from the event and sum it up into ONE sentence. Something for you to “live by” moving forwards.
- APPLY it to your life
- How does this lesson apply to your life and your weight loss?
