Part 2 – A Simple Trick to Make Sure You’re Always Satisfied After a Meal (Without Going over Your Calories)
[/fusion_text][fusion_text][/fusion_text][fusion_text]Often feel hungry EVEN after eating a meal?
Regularly feel tired, sluggish and slow?
If so, chances are you need to eat more vegetables!
Why Do I Need to Eat MORE Veg?
Well, there’s two key reasons:
1. Fibre
Colourful veg is packed with fibre, and fibre SLOWS DOWN DIGESTION.
This means that instead of being hit by a massive slug of energy right after eating, and then… nothing, leaving you tired and sluggish (carb coma anyone?)…
Instead you’ll be drip-fed energy bit-by-bit in the hours after eating.
This has the benefit of keeping you feeling full AND it also keeps you feeling energetic too. Win-win!
By feeling full after meals, you’ll also be less likely to reach for the treat foods and end up binging on Malteasers or Ice Cream!
And there’s another BIG benefit too…
2. Vitamins & Minerals
Colourful veg is also packed with vitamins and minerals.
This has the benefits of making your skin clearer, less spotty and instead it will have a healthy glow.
They’ll also help keep your body functioning at it’s best so you can burn fat as fast as possible (and feel more energetic too).
But…
How Much Do I NEED To Eat?
Well, that’s the million dollar question…
(Actually it’s not, I just wanted to write that ‘cos it sounds cool!)
The answer is simple:
Eat TWO fist-size portions of colourful veg with EVERY MEAL
This is non-negotiable, as they say. Do it and transform the way you feel!
Oh, and by colourful veg, I mean stuff like carrots, broccoli, cucumber, cauliflower, aubergine, beetroot, peppers, beans, peas… the list goes on and on.
^^ If you don’t like any of those, then I’ll have you consider that one of the reasons you’re here on this fat loss programme is because you probably haven’t been eating enough.
There’s plenty of DELICIOUS ways to cook all of them, so just look up some recipes on google and learn how to MAKE them tasty (it’s not THAT hard… certainly easier than being overweight!).
So, start getting those two fist-sized portions in with EVERY meal and watch the fat melt off you!
