Part 1 – Why Eating More Protein Can Take Your Fat Loss To The Next Level
[/fusion_text][fusion_text][/fusion_text][fusion_text]So you might think that protein is something for the guys — something to help them get all jacked and muscular.
Well if you think that you’re dead wrong I’m afraid
In fact, protein in JUST as important for YOU as it is for a dude.
First off, eat more protein = lose more fat.
Seriously! A study found those who ate 40g more of protein a day LOST TWICE AS MUCH FAT as those who ate a “normal” diet.
Of course, there are limits — you just need to get ENOUGH protein to make the most of this effect. Luckily for you, you don’t need to worry about this as we’ve calculated your protein targets for you and your body specifically.
But that’s not all.
Protein can also help you lose more fat as it is SATIATING (that’s just a fancy word for it fills you up!).
This means by eating more protein you’ll feel fuller and more satisfied and you’ll be less likely to get hungry and end up binging on chocolate (or whatever your poison is).
There’s still more to come though…
You probably already know this, but protein helps you build muscle.
And what does muscle do for you (you don’t want to look like a bodybuilder do you?).
Well don’t worry, unless you take a ton of steroids you’ll never have enough testosterone to grow manly muscles! Instead you’ll just build muscle that will make you feel more firm and toned — that’s what you want, right?
It will also help your body recover better from workouts. This means you’ll ache less and feel more energetic but it also has the knock-on benefit that you can perform better in your next workout (and burn more fat as a result of that). Win-win!
And before we wrap this up, there’s a couple of benefits that you’ve probably not thought of (but you’ll DEFINITELY like):
By eating more protein you’ll grow silkier, stronger, and let’s face it, sexier hair! It will also help you grow stronger and longer nails to complement your newfound lean body!
So all-round protein is pretty badass if you’re a girl or a guy!
Now, with that in mind we’re going to be getting you to track your protein intake from now on (in addition to your calorie intake).
To get a point for that all-important EAT score, all you have to do is get your protein within 20g, plus or minus 20g either way, on top of getting your calories within 100kcal (which you’ve already been doing). It might take a little practice but you will get there!
You know that protein is vital if you want head-turning results now, so let’s get tracking it![/fusion_text][separator style_type=”single” top_margin=”20″ bottom_margin=”40″ sep_color=”” border_size=”” icon=”” icon_circle=”” icon_circle_color=”” width=”” alignment=”center” class=”” id=””][fusion_text]So if you’ve read that and want to get ahead with your learning, click below to learn The Secret To Hit Your Nutrition Targets Perfectly (Without Spending Hours In The Kitchen):[/fusion_text]
