Welcome to Week 2 of The Foundation.

There’s still plenty more to learn if you want to really learn the truth about building a lean, toned body.

By now you already know how important that it is that you understand the “why” as well as the “how” (we went through that last week — so that you trust the process), so I’m going to keep this brief.
