  • Use this to stick to your diet on the go by…
    • Scanning barcodes into your calorie counting app
    • Avoid sugar (cane sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, dextrose, matodextrin)
    • Avoid vegetable oils (vegetable oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil)
  • When socialising:
    • Enjoy yourself!
    • Allow yourself to have a “treat meal” once a week (on a social occasion)
    • Try to track your calories if you can
