  • Rest days are just as important as training days
  • Your body actually changes outside of the gym when you’re resting
  • More exercise doesn’t always mean more results
  • Your body can only manage a certain amount of stress
  • Your body reacts to all kinds of stress in the same way (physical, emotional, exhaustion etc…)
  • Overdo it and the overwhelming stress will ruin your results
  • Follow the programme and don’t add in too much extra exercise
