Rest Days
Key points:
- Rest days are just as important as training days
- Your body actually changes outside of the gym when you’re resting
- More exercise doesn’t always mean more results
- Your body can only manage a certain amount of stress
- Your body reacts to all kinds of stress in the same way (physical, emotional, exhaustion etc…)
- Overdo it and the overwhelming stress will ruin your results
- Follow the programme and don’t add in too much extra exercise
