[/fusion_text][fusion_text]Now, going to the gym and eating the right foods is great, but what’s the reason you’re doing all that?

To improve your body, your confidence and your life, right?

AKA, to get RESULTS.

But how do you know if you’re getting results?

How do you know that you’re on track for that dream body?

How do you know if you’ve plateaued and got stuck?

Well, it’s simple really!

You need to TRACK YOUR PROGRESS.

^^ That does NOT mean simply looking at the number on the scales.

Through training hundreds women through TeamTEG, we’ve learned what is a good measure of progress and what’s not.

The number you see on the scales can be VERY misleading (we’ll get into this in more detail in week 3) as so many factors can affect it. Put simply (and despite what the media and magazines would have you believe) a lower number does not automatically mean you’ll look and feel better!

But you DO need to track numbers, because if you can’t measure, you can’t manage (aka we can’t identify if you’re on track and help you get back on track if you’re not).

So what should you track?

Here goes:

1. Progress pictures

i.e. A side-by-side photo comparing how your body looked at the start to how your body looks now.

Example:

ProgressPhotoFinished

2. Your EAT score

i.e. How many days did you get your calories within 100kcal of your weekly calorie target?

Example: 6/7

3. Your TRAIN score

i.e. How many workouts did you manage that week?

Example: 3/4

4. Your GAIN score

i.e. How many of the “gain” mindset tasks did you complete that week?

Example: 2/3

^^ Don’t worry if this all sounds complicated at the moment — we’ll email you each week when you need to check in with your progress and tell you exactly what to do and how to do it.[/fusion_text][separator style_type=”single” top_margin=”20″ bottom_margin=”40″ sep_color=”” border_size=”” icon=”” icon_circle=”” icon_circle_color=”” width=”” alignment=”center” class=”” id=””][fusion_text]So know you know why tracking your progress is crucial if you want to stay on track and achieve your goals and how to do it.
