    • Section 2 - Phone Sales Assessment

In this section, you will be answering 3 questions based around different sales scenarios. We are not expecting you to be perfect at answering these questions but want to get an idea of how you might handle these situations.

If you get stuck or confused with anything to do with the assessment, please email info@traineatgain.com and we'll be happy to help.

    • You pitch our coaching service to a prospect (who it can definitely help) and they say the following:

"It sounds really good but I need to think about it and get back to you."

      How would you respond?

(Hint: Most prospects never get back to you even if they say they will after the initial phone call)

    • You have completed seven 30-45 minute sales calls for the day, none of which have resulted in sales, and you have just 1 call left that day.

How would you handle this situation knowing you're behind on your targets?

    • You have pitched our coaching service to someone who is a good fit and they reply with the following:

"It sounds great but I don't get paid for 2 weeks. Can I get back to you then?"

How would you handle this bearing in mind most people change their mind on committing to a life-changing fitness plan once they're off the phone?

(Hint: Our payment processor will allow payments to be scheduled for the future and/or deposits to be taken now)
