The Swiss Ball Mountain Climber is a core exercise that primarily targets the abdominal muscles. This exercise is well suited to intermediate lifters.

- Start in a push up position with your feet up on an exercise ball.
- Keeping your back straight and core engaged, remove one foot from the ball and bend your leg until your knee touches your elbow.
- Straighten your leg and return your foot to the exercise ball then repeat the movement with your other lag.
