Macros (per serving): Calories 140 kcal, Protein 11.2g, Carbs 16.1g, Fat 3.6g

  • 150g Strawberries
  • 100ml Whole milk
  • 25g Rolled Oats
  • 25g Vanilla Protein
  • 10 Ice Cubes
  • Small Handful Mint Leaves

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkling of oats and mint leaves.
