3. Be efficient
When your life is stressful, your motivation to get in the gym will decrease because there are so many other things on your mind. Prepare your food in batches, pack your gym bag the night before, know what your workout will be in advance – the more organised you are, the more time you will have to do what you need to do!

4. Try going to the gym before work
Personally, I find a day of work to be great motivation for me to get in the gym and get my body moving! If this isn’t the case for you maybe try hitting the gym before work if time allows it. Working out in the morning can be a great way to wake yourself up and energise you for the rest of the day!

6. Hit the gym on the weekend
If you’re not busy on the weekends, wake up and have a relaxed breakfast then head to the gym, you’ll be done by 11am then you can get on with the rest of your day. Working out on the weekend takes the pressure off hitting the gym on work days and will free up a little more time in your working life.
