Round 2 Results

Back in June, 75 women joined us for our third Challenge of 2017 to transform their bodies and their lives using the flexible TRINITY system.

Their results were collected, and then the Challenge participants voted for their top 5 winners for month 2.

Here are the top 5 from the second 30-days:

Top 5

1st Place – Chantal Antoinet

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

I was kidding myself I was a size 18 but I could only squeeze into my size 18 leggings and stretchy tops so in reality I was probably a size 20! I have a 3 yr old and 1 yr old and had spent the last year with post natal depression, not caring about my body or appearance. Going back to work was the wake up call I needed to want to feel good about myself again.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

So far I’ve lost 6 inches off my waist and 15 inches off my body in total. I have just managed to put on all of my size 16 dresses and I feel amazing!!! My partner has definitely noticed a change in my self confidence and I am starting to like my reflection in the mirror again (which made me cry with happiness yesterday as I’ve spent the past year just dragging myself through to the end of each day.) I am enjoying the time I spend with my kids now more than ever and we are all going out and about a lot more which they love too. I’m actually looking forward to going back to work in September (I teach secondary and sixth form) which is so far away from where I was when I started this journey. I honestly feel like a different person, I’m so grateful and happy I found Trinity and the lovely fb group that keep me going!

2nd Place – Sharon Taylor

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

Before Trinity I thought I was eating healthy but snacks and treat didn’t seem to count and “one more won’t hurt” seemed to always be the case especially if I’d been for a run and “earnt” it! My size 12 clothes I slimmed back down to were too tight again and becoming a large 14. Keeping weight off has always been my problem but never get to being or staying at at a size I’m happy with for very long

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

My mindset has changed a lot now. I feel in better control, not just in my food choices but in organising my day and not feeling a complete slave to dieting and limiting myself. I’ve lost over 11 inches since the start or Trinity and my shape has changed a lot. I’m starting to feel confident in my skin and clothes. People at work have started noticing which boost my confidence. I like to run and although I’ve done a lot less cardio my times have improved when I have been for a run (mainly contrast weeks) and physically I feel fitter and stronger!

3rd Place – Jen Griffiths

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

I was a size 16 squeezing into a 14, feeling bloated and tired most of the time. Half-heartedly doing 1-2 workouts a week but overeating to ‘reward’ myself afterwards.

I felt like a whale, always self concious about what other people saw when they looked at me, and i always wore dark clothes to blend into the background so the attention wasn’t on me.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

I feel really really good. My size 14s are finally starting to feel loose on me and my mindset has changed completely thanks to the meditation.  I have lost several inches and almost a stone in just 8 weeks!

Everyone has noticed an increase in my confidence (and a decrease in size), and I’ve been to gigs and festivals in the past few weeks without having massive binges of both food and drink and staying 100% on track without compromising on fun.

4th Place – Samantha Lampard

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

I was a size 16 and very much stuck as no matter how hard I (thought) was trying, I couldn’t make any further progress. This was about 10 months ago as I’m now in the 4th cycle and feel like a different person.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

Everything! Overall, I’m much more confident and love experimenting with my style and wearing things I wouldn’t have dreamt of previously.

5th Place – Tracey Winney

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

At the start I was 10st 4lbs the heaviest I have ever been and I was a tight size 12. Being only 5ft being this heavy and big was soul destroying.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

Where do I begin, since starting trinity I’ve started to find ‘me’ again. I’ve seen the inches disappear and weight creep down and the most important thing is it hasn’t been hard work to achieve this. I’ve got my confidence back and I can now hold my head high. The education you receive in regards to correct food choices will follow me forever. Thank you!

Runners Up

Runner Up – Georgiana Breaban

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

Before I started Trinity I was a size 8, but felt uncomfortable in my clothes. I stressed ate for a few months, my energy level was incredibly low and I couldn’t bear looking at myself in the mirror.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

I am once again happy with my appearance and am back to my old confident self. My biggest gain is fitting into my old clothes and having lots of energy! Having lost almost a stone and 5cm from my waist, I can definitely see I’m on the right track to looking the best that I can.

Runner Up – Kelly Perkins

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

I was a size 18, weighed bang on 15 stone and was not in great shape in any way, physically or mentally! I had no energy and was struggling balancing a hectic job (I’m a Food Technology teacher) and my two young daughters. When I started Trinity it was also a year since I had been diagnosed with depression.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

Physically I am stronger and in better shape. I still have a long way to go, but I have lost 6 1/2 inches from my waist and 2 inches from my hips! I have also nearly lost a stone (I now weigh 14 stone 2) and now fit comfortably into my size 16 clothes. The biggest change has been to my eating habits. I know how to eat a balanced, healthy diet (I teach it!) but I struggled to curb my bad habits. Trinity gave me the focus and the realisation/ownership I needed to help me take back control and stop sitting around eating junk in the evenings to try and make myself feel better. I am now off my antidepressants and I’m sure the exercise and healthier diet have helped me to cope better with my everyday stress! I am more confident and happier than I have been for a long while.

Runner Up – Lindsay Johnson

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

At the start of Trinity I was a size 12 with a low to average level of fitness. I’ve never been a successful dieter but prior to Trinity I had tried the Body Coach and whilst I could see short term results – it got me into the gym, corrected my diet & improved my fitness – I found the whole restrictive eating impossible to sustain & fit in with my busy, sociable family life. I really want to drop a dress size & be back to a size 10, feel better in myself & more confident.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

I do feel that Trinity works for me. I’ve found that I love weight training (hot & sweaty cardio has never appealed to me). The idea of working out in a gym was beyond terrifying to me, yet I’m now doing exactly that. The only part of weight training that I don’t enjoy is pyramid training – it’s truly awful.

A couple of months in & I already feel stronger & am developing muscle tone at last. I am starting to see definition in my arms.

I’ve lost 1 inch off my waist & 1 inch of my hips so far. My jeans are fitting better, having definitely lost a bit of weight from my bum and legs. I was hoping to have lost more inches by now but with the kids on school holidays, a long weekend at Centre Parcs & 2 weeks in Italy sticking to the plan has been difficult. Trinity has given me the information & focus that I need though, once I’m back from holiday I intend to stick to the plan, no excuses!

Runner Up – Maria Mowforth

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

Before Trinity I was squeezing into a size 10 and had just bought some size 12 shorts whilst on holiday over Easter. I weighed 10st 6lbs and I was going to the gym twice a week burning calories but not seeing any results. My eating habits having never been really bad but they certainly weren’t helping me.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

I feel I now have knowledge in both my eating habits and exercise. I’ve stuck to the Trinity plan and it’s working. I now weigh 9st 10lbs and I’ve lost 3ins from my waist, 2ins from my hips, 1.5ins from my thighs and gained and inch on my arms. All over I feel more toned. I love how my body is changing. I’m thinner, yes but I look strong not skinny. I’ve never wanted to be skinny! I still have 4 weeks to go and I’ve achieved my goal….I recently bought new work trousers in a Size 8!!!

Runner Up – Leanne Peasnall

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

I was a size 16-18, weighed close to 14 stone and generally felt sluggish, frumpy and was generally unhappy with my overall physical appearance. I was tired of being the “fat one” of the family and decided I needed to make a change to my overall lifestyle.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

Since joining Trinity my mindset has completely changed. I look forward to exercise and start my week by planning my sessions in. Food prep is simple and i am now confident in making good food choices to hit my macro targets. I have lost 12″ so far, and 8.5kg. I have dropped a dress size, have a much flatter stomach, and more of an hourglass figure. I can even see the start of a thigh gap!!! I feel so much more confident and the results I have experienced have helped me to keep my resolve and not give in to temptation despite sunny afternoons being spent in the pub, or celebratory nights out. I choose water and make sensible food choices – i willingly make those choices because I know each good decision takes me one step closer to my goal. This plan has changed my life for the better – bring on Cycle 3!
