Where were you at before you started TRINITY?
At the start of Trinity I was a size 12 with a low to average level of fitness. I’ve never been a successful dieter but prior to Trinity I had tried the Body Coach and whilst I could see short term results – it got me into the gym, corrected my diet & improved my fitness – I found the whole restrictive eating impossible to sustain & fit in with my busy, sociable family life. I really want to drop a dress size & be back to a size 10, feel better in myself & more confident.
What has changed since you joined TRINITY?
I do feel that Trinity works for me. I’ve found that I love weight training (hot & sweaty cardio has never appealed to me). The idea of working out in a gym was beyond terrifying to me, yet I’m now doing exactly that. The only part of weight training that I don’t enjoy is pyramid training – it’s truly awful.
A couple of months in & I already feel stronger & am developing muscle tone at last. I am starting to see definition in my arms.
I’ve lost 1 inch off my waist & 1 inch of my hips so far. My jeans are fitting better, having definitely lost a bit of weight from my bum and legs. I was hoping to have lost more inches by now but with the kids on school holidays, a long weekend at Centre Parcs & 2 weeks in Italy sticking to the plan has been difficult. Trinity has given me the information & focus that I need though, once I’m back from holiday I intend to stick to the plan, no excuses!
