Final Results

Back in January, 125 women joined us for our first Challenge of 2017 to transform their bodies and their lives using the flexible TRINITY system.

Their results were collected, and then the Challenge participants voted for their top 5 winners.

Here are the final top 5 winners (plus the top 5 runners up):

1st Place –  Juliet

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

“I was a size 16, with no energy and really unhappy with how I looked and felt. I wasn’t eating right but didn’t know how to change it.”

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

“I’m getting loads of compliments about how I’ve slimmed down and have loads more energy. I feel much more confident in terms of eating the right stuff most of the time whilst still enjoying food and having treats most days. I’ve lost 12.5 inches across my waist, hips, biceps and thighs and toned up all over.  I feel great!”

2nd Place – Toni Wells

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

“I was a size 14 and the heaviest i have been as I’d had my third daughter 3 months earlier. I felt tired, heavy, embarrassed about my size and helpless.”

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

“Physically I feel stronger and moving my body with the purpose of training has made me feel better in myself knowing that I have a focus and an end goal-it’s not just about losing weight but about becoming stronger. I have lost 7kg and 16 inches over 3 months which feels fantastic and I never would have achieved it without this programme. It is just the right balance of accountability and structure and flexibility to make it sustainable.”

3rd Place – Katie Leon

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

“I was squeezing in to size 12 clothes but I was really a size 14. I felt horrendous. Getting dressed for work was bad enough but I didn’t want to go out with my friends or husband because I didn’t want to put nice clothes on when I looked so huge in them. My social life was suffering massively, I didn’t want to see anyone, especially if I hadn’t seen them in a while. I just wanted to be at home in my pyjamas.”

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

“I’ve lost over 12 inches over the last 90 days! I lost 7 inches in the first 2 weeks! My confidence has improved massively. I now like looking at myself in the mirror. I like shopping for clothes and now I’m the one arranging nights out so that I can wear nice things! My mindset has changed completely. I now make good choices without really thinking or noticing. I have completely changed the way I think about food. I eat for fuel now. I still enjoy my food and I no longer starve myself as punishment. I’ve lost all these inches by eating more than ever! I’ve still got more inches to lose and I’m frightened about going it alone but I’ve learned so much from the videos, the live calls, the Facebook group. It’s such a supportive programme and I’ve enjoyed every second of it. Even the lunges!”

4th Place – Charlotte Goodfellow

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

“I was a large 14/16 before I started trinity and hated it! Having always been a 12-14 I was shocked when these clothes no longer fitted. I hated going out in clothes and wore jogging bottoms or baggy clothes!”

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

“I more physically fit and loving getting back into all of my old clothes! I’ve lost a total 20.5 inches now and am seriously excited for my future with trinity!!”

5th Place – Claire Watkins

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

“I was a size 12 and weight was going up I was about 10 stone and felt very wobbly and in need of shaping up. I was feeling a little fed up and needed help with understanding macros.”

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

“I feel great!!I have lost a little weight and I have lost inches from my waist, hips and bust,! I’m looking after myself and love the food and exercises I have been doing, I’m feeling a lot leaner and stronger and love the way my clothes are fitting now.”

Runners Up

Runner Up – Angela Wallace

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

“I was very fit in my 30s & 40s but a mixture of circumstances, menopause, divorce, new job and doing a degree in my 50s meant I stopped exercising. My weight started creeping up, 1 1/2 stone on my petite pear shaped frame was not good! I started dressing in tent like clothes and spent a holiday in Cornwall avoiding shorts and swimming costumes. On my 59th birthday I decided I had to do something before I became an fat old lady on the outside, which did not match with how I felt inside. Completed BC, but did not feel it was a sustainable programme for me. Saw Trinity mentioned on FB. Downloaded the free guide and instantly knew it would suit me.”

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

“Trinity has changed my life. I feel far more confidant, and love my new body shape. I am looking forward to our holiday this year – shorts and swimming cosies are being bought ready – may even be brave in a bikini! My weight is where I want it to be – I have lost inches but it’s the tone in my muscles and skin that I am most delighted with. My partner has also made lots of changes, after being rather sceptical he now eats much healthier, and after years of slogging away on the treadmill has taken up weight training and is seeing good results. It’s easier when we work together and helps strengthen our relationship. And now I am as young on the outside as I feel on the inside.”

Runner Up – Tracey Kenyon

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

“I was a dress size 10-12, 9st 7lbs. Before starting Trinity I was constantly dieting. As my job involves me working away most weeks I’d find myself comfort eating from the room service menu whilst away then trying to lose the weight after each trip when I was back home again, a never ending cycle. I felt like I really needed to educate myself on nutrition so I could make the right choices even when away from home. The biggest change for me has been finding time I never thought I had to fit regular exercise into my busy life and prep food to take on trips with me. I feel so much better for it and drinking water has definitely made a huge difference. It’s only now I realise the sluggish feeling I thought was due to me being constantly jet lagged was in fact because I was dehydrated. I used to be a tea, sugar and biscuit addict whenever I felt tired and I’ve finally broken that habit and am determined never to go back as I’ve never better in my life.”

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

“I feel so much better with how I look, especially with the changes to my middle section where I carried the extra weight. I feel so much more energised, the mindset exercises have made a huge difference to how I approach each day. I’ve finally at nearly forty eight years old started to prioritise me and I’m feeling so much happier with my life as a result. Since starting the programme I’ve lost 12lbs ,19.5 inches ( five off my waist ) and I’m now a size 8. I can’t wait to start cycle two now I’ve achieved my weight loss goals I am looking forward to building strength and muscle definition. I’ve enjoyed cycle one and how it has made me feel I don’t want to stop now.”

Runner Up – Frida Nystedt

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

“12/14 in dress size, 67,2 kg, really unfit, tired, low energy and felt pretty lethargic.”

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

“Feel so much more comfortable in myself and in my skin having lost almost two dress sizes and starting to really rebuild my muscle strength. Approximately 10.7 inches lost even with the middle month completely off program. Feel much stronger and more energised.”

Runner Up – Becky Hudson

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

“Depressed & struggling!”

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

“I have improved no end both mentally & physically! Looking forward to cycle 2.”

Runner Up – Sharon Duncan

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

“I was feeling fat and frumpy, lacking in confidence and beginning to wonder if I was just going to have to accept that looking like I was and the constant battle to keep my size in check was just part of becoming middle aged. Although I had good fitness levels and exercised regularly I always seemed to be playing catch up with my weight and had got into some bad eating habits.”

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

“I have lost a total of 12 inches around my waist, hips, chest, thighs and arms. My journey is not complete but I already look leaner and more toned. My horrible mummy tummy has started to diminish for the first time ever – something which a ton of cardio never seemed to shift. For the first time in years I am going away on holiday with my family happy to wear shorts and to show off my toned shoulders in a strappy top! And also looking forward to getting back to it once I’m back.”
