ATTENTION: At the end of this form you will be required to put down a refundable £200 deposit to secure your application. The deposit shows that you’re serious about getting that life-changing transformation and not simply a “dreamer”. If we don’t receive your deposit, we’re not going to read your application – simple as that!

Once we have received your application we will review it and decide whether you are a good fit for TEG Elite. If we believe you are a good fit we will contact you to arrange a phone interview. If we believe you are not a good fit we will refund your deposit.
