Final Results

Back in April, 125 women joined us for our second Challenge of 2017 to transform their bodies and their lives using our coaching systems.

Their results were collected, and then the Challenge participants voted for their top 5 winners and top 5 runners up.

So without further ado, here are the winners and their stories – incredible job girls:

1st Place – Suzannah Cathers

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

Realistically I was a size 12 trying to squeeze into some roomy 10s I had. Felt very uncomfortable in everything. I weighed 10st 4lb and hated it.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

I feel so much better! 10lbs down and 17 inches gone!! Wearing all my size 10s that had been retired to the back of the wardrobe for 3 years! I’ve booked a holiday and the thought of a bikini isn’t too scary! Monday is no longer a start being good again day, it’s just a Monday.

2nd Place – Rachel Harris

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

I was a big size 10, my eating was very erratic and out of control and I had no focus or direction with my training. I didn’t feel confident with my body or liked how I looked in my clothes.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

I have lost 11.25 inches, dropped to a more comfortable size 8/10 and lost 8 pounds. I am more confident with how my body looks and clothes I had put away years ago now fit! Most importantly I now feel more in control of my eating and can still enjoy my favourite foods.

3rd Place – Samantha Lampard

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

Before Trinity, I felt lost. I’d previously completed the Body Coach plan and was provided with my graduation report with macros. The thing is, I didn’t have a clue what to do with it! By the time I discovered Trinity, I had regained the weight previously lost!! I’m on the 3rd cycle of trinity and I feel like a different person, food isn’t a daunting topic and I absolutely love lifting weights. I love the flexibility of the plan as generally I now eat very well, but having a few treats is perfectly fine if they fit into your macros and calories, so it’s undoing years of negative emotions around treat food i.e viewing a bag of crisps as a syn!! I was a large size 14 before trinity but I’m now a size 12 (depending on the shop!).

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

I feel like a different person. Overall, I’ve lost 27 inches since I started (roughly 9 months ago). This has been a sustained loss, along with being a stone lighter! I’m so much stronger now too, push-ups are no longer daunting!! As a result, my confidence has improved a lot, which helps with everything from my personal life and work life!

4th Place – Ruth Elsley

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

I was not happy with the way I looked and I hated looking in the mirror both with and without clothes on. I hated my size, my weight and my body.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

I have lost 12 inches in total and just over a stone and I feel great. I’m so happy with what trinity has taught me so far and can’t believe my progress in just 3 months. I’ve still got a long way to go but so happy with the changes so far.

5th Place – Lesley Cunningham

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

I was 14st 3lbs and size 18 when I started Trinity. I was diagnosed with arthritis after 3 long years of pain, which culminated in me feeling at the start if this year that I was unable to do even some normal day to day tasks such as walking the dog. I was doing on average 2,000 steps a day, just moving from sitting to standing was difficult, my self esteem was rock bottom and I felt very sorry for myself.

Despite wanting to feel better, get fitter and lose weight, I just couldn’t find my way out of this viscious cycle I seemed to be in. I dreaded having to see my Consultant as I felt my health issues were all my own doing, and was ashamed I couldn’t “sort myself out”.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

I feel “normal” and no longer constantly looking around me to see if I am the fattest person in the room! I have lost 1st 8 3/4lbs and 24 3/4inches, in 12 weeks and mast week I wore a size 14 dress! Can’t remember the last time I was a 14 let alone wearing a dress! I love looking down when sitting and seeing a much flatter tummy!

I have done all the workouts at home, and my fitness has improved immeasurably. I am stronger and leaner, now walking on average 15,000 steps a day no I’m in less pain! How cool us that?  I feel fantastic, wearing another dress next week to a posh event ( no more black trousers for me,) and I can’t wait to see my consultant next time. I don’t think he’ll recognise me!

My family are loving the new me (so am I) and I am more so sociable. I don’t need to deprive myself on social occasions, I just plan for them, although I’m eating more calories than I was before! I am so glad I signed up to Trinity.

Runner’s Up

 

These girls didn’t quite make it into the top 5, but they still did incredibly well!

Runner Up – Charlotte Rushton

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

I was fast approaching a size 14, my waist measurement was just constantly increasing and I felt like even though I was active and ate well (so I thought) I didn’t look like I wanted too. I was looking for something that would allow me to balance my food and my training so I’d reap the rewards.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

All over I’ve lost 10 inches, four of those from around my navel. I feel leaner and stronger and looking forward to hitting the beach this summer. My clothes all look and fit better, and those size ten items in my wardrobe are now back in the mix to put on!! I’ve learnt so much more about eating well and keeping treats in control and not having them everyday.

Runner Up – Sarah Lee

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

When I started trinity I was a large size 14 bordering on 16. I had little confidence and was starting to shy away from meeting people and doing new things which wasn’t me at all. I was unemployed and struggled to put myself out there. After losing 16.5inches in cycle 1 had increased confidence but I decided to continue to cycle 2 as I wasn’t ready to go it alone.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

Mentally I feel so much better and alert. I have only lost 2 inches from the places I’ve measured, but feel like I have lost a bit more over all. My weight has stayed the same this cycle too, so sometimes it’s about us how you look and feel in the mirror. I wore a bikini with more confidence for the first time ever and had my first job interview in 9 months and went in feeling confident. I got the job! I can’t thank the boys and the programme enough. They have helped me out of a funk in more ways than one!

Runner Up – Sharon Clegg

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

Dress size 16/14 depending on shop now 14/12 depending on shop before starting I was quite fit cardio wise but felt very flabby and uncomfortable in my own skin.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

I’m feeling very strong and confident in my last pic you can see my biceps are starting to become noticeable! I feel more toned and less wobbly and even though I’ve still a way to go the mindfulness has sent my confidence soaring.

Runner Up – Shirley Cuthbertson

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

I had already lost inches and weight when starting Trinity. I was now getting into a size 10 and weigh was 63.5kg.  I was enjoying exercises and looking forward to this new adventure. I was already in the right mindset for my journey as I think this is the first thing you have to work on to succeed.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

Trinity really gets you to work on your mindset, meditation and getting me time; as well as ensuring that you have support whenever necessary to help you on your way. Although weight loss was not fully my goal as I knew muscle is heavier so technically I could put weight on. I have lost lots of fat and weight: but more importantly I thrashed my goal to get from a size 10 to a size 8 comfortably. I can now get into size 6 jeans. My weight has dropped from 63.5kg to 55.5kg. I have lost 3 inches off my waist (one a month was a goal) 1 inch off my hips and each of my thighs. I have signed up for a second cycle. I would like to take at least an inch off my thighs and concentrate on shaping and toning.

Runner Up – Kath Hall

Where were you at before you started TRINITY?

Starting dress size 12 weight 138.7lb Felt generally fit, doing 5 weights sessions and a couple of cardio sessions each week (running and spinning) I did not feel I was seeing the results I should from the work I was putting in.

What has changed since you joined TRINITY?

The time I spend working out has reduced – now doing 4 sessions a week. My confidence at the gym has increased and I feel comfortable doing free weights in the strength gym.

My results have far exceeded my expectations, I didn’t have a massive amount to lose and I’ve achieved my inch loss goals plus more. I am particularly pleased with the tone in my arms and shoulders and have received several complements from friends and colleagues. Even a gym instructor asked me about what I was doing to achieve my results.  The education on nutrition and macro counting has been brilliant and I’ve found healthy eating easy to fit in with my family and social life.

Overall I have lost 3 1/2″ from my waist 2 1/4″ from my hips and 1 1/2″ from each thigh. My weight at 90 days was 130lbs. I’ve seen an 8% reduction in body fat. To say I’m happy with my results would be an understatement!
