Apple Strudel is an Austrian dessert with an incredible crunchy texture and homely taste, but alas does not fit the bill when it comes to healthy eating. Luckily this protein shake tastes almost as good and serves as a great post workout.

Ingredients

Servings: 2
Macros (per serving): Calories 176 kcal, Protein 10.6g, Carbs 26.6g, Fat 2.4g

  • 200ml Apple Juice (not from concentrate)
  • 50g Rolled Oats
  • 25g Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 10 Ice Cubes

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender jug and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon!
