  • Start in a push up position with your feet up on an exercise ball.
  • Keeping your back straight and core engaged, remove one foot from the ball and bend your leg until your knee touches your elbow.
  • Straighten your leg and return your foot to the exercise ball then repeat the movement with your other lag.
