Even if you’re bulking, it’s best not to load up on sugar and fat!

As it’s so hard to avoid seasonal sweet treats, why not join in the fun and make this healthy protein pudding recipe — if you can’t beat them, join them!

Packed with tons of pumpkin and vanilla protein, this creamy pudding will have your sweet tooth satisfied without the usual guilt that accompanies eating a tasty dessert. It’s high in protein and low in sugar so this is the perfect snack for after a workout or an evening dessert.
